Then we have two actors who are both adept at playing unhinged, sociopathic villains...wacky 3rd Rock star John Lithgow (Buckaroo Bonzai/Ricochet/Raising Cain) and the underappreciated Wings Hauser (Vice Squad/Tough Guys Don't Dance/The Siege of Firebase Gloria). Hauser's Ramrod character in the cult classic Vice Squad just may be the baddest bad guy ever in moviedom. The true paragon of perfidy.
