While we're at it with West Side Story (see previous), it's like Tony (Richard Beymer) showed up twenty plus years later as Tony Montana's sidekick Manny (Steven Bauer) in Scarface. Whether it's B&W (left side-Richard then Steve) or color (right side-Richard then Steve), I think it's an uncanny likeness. To heighten the similarity, in the respective movies, they both had highly forbidden and tragic love affairs with very cute senoritas and each met an untimely demise via gunshot to the chest. Actually, Steven Bauer kinda reminded me a little of Michael Nouri the foreman Nick form Flashdance, but the resemblance pictured here to this other guy is much stronger.
