I always thought these two actors were the same guy. Shoot, they were even in the same movie...'Class'...at one point. It didn't help my confusion that both appeared in different Molly Ringwald '80s teen-movies. John Cusack (Sixteen Candles/Natty Gann/The Grifters) and Andrew McCarthy (St. Elmo's Fire/Pretty in Pink/Weekend at Bernie's) share an uncanny resemblance to one another in my view. I'll never get the two straight, but I guess that's just something I'll have to live with.
