57. Baseball/Movies (Jed Lowrie/Denis Leary)
So I was watching this scrappy Jed Lowrie kid throughout his solid 2008 rookie campaign and I kept thinking every game that he reminded me of someone else. Then I was flipping channels and caught Denis Leary on the TV show Rescue Me with HIS uniform and helmet on and it finally clicked. And fittingly enough, Denis Leary (The Sandlot/Small Soldiers/Thomas Crown Affair-'99 version) is from Massachusetts, home of Lowrie's original team the Red Sox.
